Your Responsibilities as a Physician Extender

  • Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs 
  • Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members 
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the community and clinics
  • Spine and pain management assessments and documentation
  • Coordinated stakeholder communication, e.g., MD, PT, PSC, etc.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's in athletic training
  • Minimum one-year experience in the traditional athletic training setting (preferred, not required)
  • State Licensure and certified by the American Board of Certification as an Athletic Trainer
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Salary starting at $50,000.
