We are seeking a Manager, Enterprise Applications to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise applications that drive business processes and enhance organizational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technology, business processes, and the ability to align technology solutions with organizational goals.

Essential Functions

Application Management:

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of various technology solutions to meet business requirements, including but not limited to the following applications: Fresh Service (or other ITSM solutions like ServiceNow, ZenDesk, etc.), Sharepoint, ERP (i.e. Netsuite, Oracle), HRIS systems (UKG, Workday)and Salesforce
• Partnership with functional area on the implementation and integration of other enterprise applications in use for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
• Provide direction for the adoption, integration, and enhancement of enterprise applications and service management tools (Fresh Service) capabilities within the organization.
• Stay abreast of the latest application features and updates, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.

Application Integration and Development:

• Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable and sustainable enterprise applications
• Oversee the development and customization of workflows, and applications.
• Ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems and third-party solutions.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and system administrators, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Documentation and Training:

• Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful implementation of third-party applications.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure vendor performance meets expectations.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize the performance of enterprise applications to ensure responsiveness and reliability.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in leading the development and implementation of enterprise applications.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, administration, and development.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Preferred knowledge/experience implementing IT ticketing solutions (i.e. ServiceNow, FreshService, ZenDesk, etc.)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Credentials:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Certifications in SharePoint development and administration are highly desirable
