Location Information: CA Central District clinics are all within 45-60 minutes of each of other from Lodi, Stockton, Manteca, and Modesto. Being such a centralized location in "NorCal", there is literally SO many things to do. All of our clinics can serve as a jump off point less than 90 minutes from the San Franscico Bay Area as well as close to Sacramento for capital city fun, Napa/Sonoma/Lodi for world renowned wine experiences, and of course the Sierras and Lake Tahoe for chill mountain vibes including hiking, biking, camping, skiing/snowboarding, and several National/State parks such as Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, etc. The Central Valley of CA is an explorer's heaven!

As a Certified Hand Occupational Therapist, you'll utilize specialized skills in the assessment, planning, and treatment, to provide therapeutic interventions to prevent dysfunction, restore function, or reverse the progression for pathology of the upper limb to enhance the patient’s ability to execute tasks and to participate fully in life situations.  This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration working closely with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, referring providers, case management team, social workers, and nursing staff to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and providing treatment services to a variety of patients, focusing on the hand and upper extremities, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives.

Your Responsibilities as a Certified Hand Therapist

  • Provide evaluation and timely treatment services to a variety of patients in accordance with physician referral and Plan of Care, focusing on the hand and upper extremities
  • Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome 
  • Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members 
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the community 

Qualifications 

  • Graduate of an approved occupational therapy program
  • State Licensure 
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Pay Rate:

Base Salary: $ 93,000 - $ 133,000 / Annually (this amount does not include the sign-on bonus)
Earning Potential with production bonuses:  $106,000 - $146,000 / Annually*

*Production bonus calculated off daily average of 12 patients per day.
