The Floating Talent Acquisition Partner is focused on bringing in top talent to help drive the business forward while delivering a stellar candidate experience. They are responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process, from sourcing candidates through social media networking to offer acceptance.
This role provides flexible recruiting support across the organization, stepping in to support any area of the company that requires additional recruiting capacity, including Administrative, Clinical, and Non-Clinical roles. The Floating Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the recruiting leader of the division they are supporting to understand hiring needs, priorities, and recruiting strategies.
Responsible for meeting with organizational leaders to develop and implement plans accurately highlighting the needs and expectation of each new position vacancy. The Floating Talent Acquisition Partner will have a solid understanding of the practice, industry, and internal processes, and must be able to quickly adapt to different divisions, recruiting needs, and leadership teams across the organization.
