What You Will Get

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Clinic Manager

  • Develop and/or maintain and manage a highly functional team
  • Ensure patient care duties follow guidelines established by each discipline’s practice act and licensing board
  • To oversee patient care and clinic billing practices
  • Maintaining positive clinic engagement, environment, and staff performance
  • Coach staff to achieve quality, best practices and productivity performance
  • Carry Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
  • Management experience preferred
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association

Compensation 

Pay Range: $72,000 - $110,000 / year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position) 

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
