Our Patient Services Coordinators (PSCs) support our clinicians as they strive to serve their patients using research-driven treatments to provide relief and restoration of their normal life. 

As a PSC you will interact and build relationships with inpatient acute care clinicians, operations leaders, and medical professionals to create streamlined operational and financial workflows. Daily tasks could include charge reconciliation, data entry, and providing general support to the inpatient team. A patient-centered mindset and the ability to work autonomously will elevate your success in the role.

Your Responsibilities as a Patient Services Coordinator

• Reconcile units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
• Follow appropriate processes forentry into organizational tools
• Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing systems (electronic and paper)
• Support projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership
• Help maintain office organization and ensure supplies and resources are readily available
• Maintain relationships with clinicians, and internal operational departments

Qualifications

• PT Solutions requires at minimum, a High School or GED diploma. Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required.
• Experience with Microsoft platforms, specifically Excel

Compensation
Pay Range: $16.00-$19.00 (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
