The Instructional Designer (ID) is responsible for designing and developing engaging, effective training experiences using the ADDIE model and the Understanding by Design (UbD) framework. The ID will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create new instructional content and revise existing materials to support continuous learning and clinical excellence. The ID must be innovative in their approach, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ID will build and deliver training utilizing a variety of different methods, including our Learning Management System (LMS).
