PT Solutions is seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist with a special interest or experience in pelvic health to join our outpatient team in North Decatur. This position will offer a hybrid caseload of pelvic floor and general orthopedic patients. You’ll work in a supportive environment that values clinical excellence, innovation, and compassionate care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction (e.g., urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, pre/postnatal conditions, post-surgical recovery)

  • Provide care for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries using evidence-based treatment plans

  • Collaborate with referring providers and patients to set personalized goals and track measurable outcomes

  • Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and other skilled interventions

  • Document care using EMR in compliance with company and regulatory standards

  • Maintain a patient-first focus and contribute to a team-centered clinic culture

  • Educate and support patients through their care journey with compassion and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
  • Current state licensure (or eligible)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team oriented with a collaborative mindset

🕒 Clinic Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💲 Base Salary:
$75,000 – $105,000/year + monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients/day

 

🎉 Now offering sign-on bonuses up to $30,000 in select locations!
(Pay range accounts for experience, credentials, and geographic market with room for growth.)
