Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Leadership & Team Management:

• Oversee and mentor physical therapy staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices.

🔹 Patient Care & Clinical Excellence:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services, developing personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain high patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and referral sources to optimize patient care.

🔹 Operations & Growth:

• Drive clinic performance by managing financials, budgets, and KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient volume and retention.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations, maintaining an efficient and positive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• State licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
