As the Recruitment Marketing Specialist at PT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in elevating our employer brand and attracting top-tier talent in the industry. You will lead the development and execution of innovative recruitment marketing strategies, working closely with internal teams and external partners, to ensure that PT Solutions stands out as an employer of choice. Essential Functions:

  • Employer Branding & Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Oversee the development and promotion of PT Solutions' EVP, collaborating with Shaker to create compelling campaigns that highlight the brand as a leading employer and ensure alignment with the company’s mission, vision, values, and culture. Maintain a social media calendar and content review process to ensure that all external communications reflect PT Solutions' values, culture, and brand tone.
  • Strategic Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract top candidates to ensure consistent messaging and target alignment and using data-driven insights to optimize performance in real-time.
  • Vendor Management: Direct vendor relationships, job boards, and tech providers, ensuring alignment with goals, overseeing budgets for cost-efficiency, and seeking synergies to maximize partnership value. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with vendors to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend enhancements for optimizing tool usage and overall recruitment marketing strategy.
  • Content Creation & Management: Lead the creation and amplification of engaging content across platforms, continuously improving the career site to enhance the candidate experience and effectively showcase the PT Solutions brand.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key liaison between Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and HR to align recruitment marketing with organizational goals to optimize campaigns and tailor strategies to meet recruitment needs.
  • Event Strategy: Strategize and promote recruiting events that align with PT Solutions' branding and goals and internal teams to ensure strong candidate engagement and occasionally representing the brand at key events.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Partner with the internal talent acquisition team to align on marketing metrics, develop and maintain a dashboard to track key performance indicators, prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations, and conduct A/B testing to optimize strategies.
  • Innovation & Industry Awareness: Stay updated on recruitment marketing trends and best practices, collaborating with partners to integrate new tools, technologies, and strategies to keep PT Solutions competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Candidate Experience Enhancement: Continuously enhance the candidate experience by implementing tools and technologies that streamline the application process and boost candidate engagement.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven track record of conceptualizing, executing, and reporting on recruiting campaigns; research- and data-oriented
  • Experience with ATS and CRM platforms
  • Experience building and managing career site content via a CMS
  • Healthcare recruitment marketing experience preferred
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong eye for detail
  • A passion for DEI and recruiting
  • Ability to organize, multi-task, and complete simultaneous deadline projects
  • Strong critical thinking skills and initiative to continually learn and look for solutions

Required Credentials:

  • College degree (BA/BS) in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing; preferred 1+ year in recruitment marketing/employer branding
  • 1+ year experience in early-career recruitment and/or talent acquisition
