PT Solutions works together with Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis to provide rehabilitation therapy services in order to best serve patients in the area.

 

Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties.

 

Burn Rehab Clinic Manager 

One leader to support, account for, manage, drive, and lead burn programming across the care continuum from ICU to outpatient. All primary Burn ICU associates and all Burn Clinic associates will report to this Clinic Manager. This leader will report directly to the District Manager of Operations. 

 

Open to any licensed clinician with or without burn experience.

Your Responsibilities as a Clinic Manager

  • Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome 
  • Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs 
  • Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
  • Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members 
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the community 
  • People- 1:1 associate rounding 
  • Performance- KPI accountabilities 
  • Quality- Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)  
  • Compliance- regulatory readiness 
  • Operations- examples below are not exhaustive 
    • Accountable for Round attendance ICU and Clinic, Monthly Burn Quality Meeting, Accreditation preparation, PT Solutions specific meetings and trainings, staffing of the clinic and the ICU (including weekends), process for weekend communication for ICU.
  • Strong understanding of burn care. Orientation will be provided, as needed. 
  • Patient care: 
    • If not burn trained, patient care will occur within a different clinic (Indy IP, Seton, etc.)
    • Will consider an average visit per week/ month target to allow flexibility around other Clinic Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications 

  • Graduate of an approved therapy program 
  • Management experience preferred
  • State Licensure 
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
