Our Douglasville clinic is known for its diverse and dynamic environment. We proudly partner with local high schools, with PT Solutions Athletic Trainers embedded in the schools, creating a strong referral pipeline and deep community ties.

This clinic also offers specialty care in internal pelvic floor therapy, providing an excellent opportunity to grow in a highly impactful area of practice. Our therapists treat a wide range of patients, from newborns to adults over 99 years old, across all conditions and population types. It’s a unique setting where you can refine your skills, serve diverse patient populations, and be part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Your Role:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise interventions.
• Collaborate with PTs and PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic medical records system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Current state licensure (or eligible)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team oriented with a collaborative mindset

🕒 Clinic Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💲 Base Salary:
$75,000 – $105,000/year + monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients/day

🎉 Now offering sign-on bonuses up to $30,000 in select locations!

(Pay range accounts for experience, credentials, and geographic market with room for growth.)
