The Communications Coordinator at PT Solutions plays an essential role in executing internal communication initiatives, providing administrative support to ensure seamless delivery of key projects. This includes managing the monthly newsletter, weekly operations updates, and monthly CEO video messages. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications and working closely with the Sr. Director of People & Culture, this role focuses on implementing communication strategies designed to enhance employee recognition and retention.

 

Responsibilities include maintaining recruitment-focused social media channels by posting content that aligns with company values, brand tone, and engagement goals. The Communications Coordinator collaborates with various teams to create and schedule recruitment content, manage social campaigns, and support company programs like the Unstoppable Winners Ambassador Program. Additionally, this position provides regular reporting and analytics to the Talent team to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.

 

This role is centered on executing established strategies set by the Director of Marketing & Communications and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication across channels.

 

Essential Functions

 

Internal Communications Support: Provide administrative support for internal communications at PT Solutions, including the monthly

internal newsletter (PTS Press), weekly updates (News You Can Use), and monthly CEO videos (Dale Mail) in collaboration with key

department leaders; key focus of employee recognition and retention

  • Work with the Director of Marketing & Communications and Sr. Director of People & Culture teams to execute an elevated internal communication strategy aligned with that practice’s Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Promote practice awards internally and externally
  • Travel to various markets to gather content from monthly MOR, including clinic visits
  • Support RFP/implementation of PTS Intranet
  • Launch and support Unstoppable Winners Ambassador Program

Social Media Management: Oversee a recruitment social media calendar and content review process to ensure all external communications reflect the company’s values, brand tone, and culture (LinkedIn, pt_solutionslife Instagram)

  • Content Management: Support the development and execution of organic and boosted post strategies, ensuring optimal reach and engagement across platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to manage paid social campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content for maximum ROI to recruit and retain employees.
  • Content Creation: Travel to various markets to capture content; cover the Atlanta Residency Program at the Practice Support Center; Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots in partnership Compass Films
  • Source employee content (Day in the Life, Employee Recognition, Hot Jobs, Patient success stories, etc.) and creative execution
  • Create and maintain library of branded resources for TAPs to use with candidates and university programs
  • Travel to gather content to promote PTS attendance at National Recruiting Events (APTA CSM, AOTA, NATA)

Community Management: Reputation management for recruitment social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the

online community to build brand loyalty.

 

Cross-department Collaboration: Partner with Recruitment Marking Manager to produce creative deliverables to support TA team through all stages of the recruiting process; job ads, social media, video production, and external communications

  • Support Recruitment Marketing Manager in execution of PTS Pulse monthly newsletter to candidates in pipeline
  • Ensure consistent messaging and visual representation of brand to increase immediate recognition and awareness of practice’s mission, vision, and culture

Reporting: Analytics and reporting to Marketing & Talent teams on monthly basis

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Window-based applications.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Must have demonstrated skill in prioritizing daily responsibilities and crises to handle a heavy workload.
  • Must be able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations

Required Credentials

  • Four-year related degree and a minimum of 2 years design experience in an in-house marketing department or firm.
