The Clinical Engagement Specialist (CES) develops brand awareness and builds relationships with allied health professional students (PT, OT, SLP, AT) and faculty in their region. They coordinate university events and professional development sessions with university partners and the PTS Learning and Development team.
An effective CES also enhances alumni relationships to attract qualified candidates. Success is measured by new contacts, student engagement, pipeline maintenance, and clinical placements. The CES focuses on students within six months of graduation, balancing campus presence, event organization, and support for clinician hiring.
