To serve as the Fitness Sales Representative for the Fitness Department with focus on fitness product support, sales/prospecting management, & client retention management.

 

Essential Functions:

 

PROSPECTING:

  • Identifying and pursuing new prospects part of the BT new patient funnel
  • Point of contact for all fitness inquiries.
  • PT-Fit: Manages the execution of Physical Therapist PT-FIT Eligibility communication to personal trainer.
  • On-site tours

RETENTION MANAGEMENT

  • Executing retention cascade
  • Timely follow-ups for old/cancelled members and training clients.
  • Membership/training package renewal campaigns
  • Proactive engagement

FITNESS ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING

  • Mindbody account management
  • Manage Expired autopay account issues, refunds as indicated.
  • Creating mindbody membership options, packages/contracts, promos
  • Reporting on membership
  • Troubleshooting

FITNESS MARKETING/SALES

  • Ensure the company website is current and continuous
  • Promotions/Fitness events posted in advance and removed in a timely manner
  • Updating sandwich board, ordering promotional/event flyers.
  • Ensuring trainer bios and pictures are up to date and continuous with current team
  • Maintaining supply of trainer business cards
  • Execution of Before/After pictures of our clients

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Highly professional in appearance, tone and delivery and an effective communicator.
  • Strong customer service skills, customer service driven, positive attitude.
  • The ability to work independently and in a group setting, high integrity, reasoned

Required Credentials:

  • College degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Two or more years of experience in a customer/public relations position or a sales role

Wage:

  • $20/hr + Commission
